My suggestion to jotform is to reevaluate the customer history and see what they have been paying for the past 4 plus years as in our case and see that price and stick with it and stop trying to look for minor petty ways to get out of it. Over all a bit deceiving on the grandfathered price deal and extremely aggravating that there is no live phone support. The more I recall from last year I was also charged over the grandfather price and was told to cancel and get the promotion price if I signed up again. I was told that a one time adjustment was to be made at the grandfathered price but it would not be honored next year.

Update : after several days of back and forth and getting different responses and conflicting explanations they finally corrected the problem. i have included screen shots of more than 3 reps assuring me the cost would be the same and they just ignoring it. i was billed the new price almost double and they are giving me the run around. they assured me that my current price was grandfathered in and would not go up by several customer service reps. there was no option to see my actual renewal price very scammy.
Deceptive pricing - unreliable csr informationīeen using for years and had my "grandfathered price" i took a week of confirming my renewal price to make sure what the cost would be since it looked like it was going to be almost twice what i have been paying for several years.
